Linda Drennan, M.A., Registered Psychotherapist
Linda Drennan is a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (No. 2574). Linda trained as a psychotherapist at the Toronto Institute of Relational Psychotherapy, a comprehensive three-year post-graduate program incorporating academic studies, supervised counseling, and group and individual therapy. In addition to a B.A., B.Ed., Linda has a Masters degree, with distinction, from the Center for Psychoanalytical Studies, University of Essex, U.K.
Linda holds Certification in Trauma Counselling for Front Line Workers, Psychological First Aid and ASIST (Suicide Intervention Training), Advanced Issues and Applied Approaches in Sexuality (2016), Certification in EMDR Therapy (Niagara Stress and Trauma Clinic, 2018), and has completed the OAMFT Couple and Family Studies Certificate Programme through the University of Guelph (2017).
Linda is a member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists, a member of the International Association of Relational Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis and holds membership in the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Linda has an office in Huntsville. Her services are listed with Blue Cross, Green Shield and several Employee Assistance Programs.
